§What Regie.ai Actually Is
Regie.ai historically positioned itself as an "AI SEP" - AI Sales Engagement Platform - rather than an "AI SDR" like 11x or Artisan. That framing has shifted. The product Regie now sells and prices is RegieGO, a self-serve workspace covering research, enrichment, drafting, dialling and agents, with its own built-in CRM so a team can start with nothing and sync HubSpot later if it wants to.
The practical effect is that Regie has moved down-market rather than up. A solo founder can start on the free tier and upgrade to Pro at $49 a month without talking to anyone, which is the opposite of the 11x and Artisan motions. Teams that want shared agents, team workspaces, custom CRM sync and a dedicated account manager still go to Enterprise, and that tier is still quoted on a call.
§Real 2026 Pricing: What Regie Publishes
Regie prices one thing: credits. Researching accounts, drafting messages, enriching contacts and dialling all spend credits. Enrichment that comes back empty costs nothing. There is no per-seat line on the published tiers, and the free tier is single-user.

The number Regie does not publish is the credit burn rate per prospect, and that is the number that decides whether 5,000 credits a month covers a real outbound programme. When credits run out, research, drafting, enrichment and dialling pause until the next cycle or an upgrade; Pro credits reset each billing period and do not roll over. Annual billing at 17 percent off puts Pro at about $488 a year, or roughly $40.67 a month.

§Warnings Before You Buy
Cancellation friction applies to Enterprise, not Pro
User reviews on G2 and TrustRadius have flagged difficulty cancelling Regie.ai contracts early. That risk sits on the Enterprise tier, which is still a negotiated contract. Regie's published terms for Pro say the opposite: self-serve, no contract, downgrade or cancel from billing settings with the change taking effect at the end of the current period. Do not carry the Enterprise warning across to Pro, or the Pro terms across to Enterprise.
Credits do not roll over
Pro includes 5,000 credits a month and they reset at the start of each billing period rather than carrying over. Research, drafting, enrichment and dialling all draw on the same pool, and when it empties those functions pause until the next cycle or an upgrade. Regie does not publish a credits-per-prospect rate, so model your own burn on the free tier's 250 credits before committing to a volume.
Enterprise is the only team tier
The published tiers are single-user in practice: Free is explicitly single user, and Pro is described as being for one person filling the pipeline themselves. Team workspaces, shared agents, custom CRM sync and a dedicated account manager all sit behind Enterprise, which has no published price. A team of any size is therefore back in a demo-gated negotiation despite the published Pro figure.
